Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must have a 24-hour notice.
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment.
If you don’t show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment.
We understand that plans can change, but your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows not only affect me, but also other clients who could have been served during that time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to schedule your appointment, however you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. Please note we adhere to a 24-hour cancelation policy. Appointments over 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be responsible for the no-show fee. A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to all appointments canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled time. All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. Salonscale
We are a Salonscale salon and your product cost for your colour will be added on to your service investment.
Salonscale is an innovative app for stylists that weighs and tracks colour down to the gram. Think of it as parts (colour) and labour (service), and you will only be charged for the exact amount of colour used for your service.
Salonscale charges can vary from $20 for a gloss or roots to $120 for lightning services, also depending on the amount of your hair.

We use premium Slavic hair extensions. Every install includes toning, a custom blend cut, full styling, and a seven-day touch-up. We offer multiple install methods to fit your hair type.
